The 5X AmpSolution™ Reagent is used for direct amplification of punches from FTA® storage cards with PowerPlex® Systems that were not originally designed for direct amplification. The 5X AmpSolution™ Reagent is also supplied in the SwabSolution™ (Cat.# DC8271) and PunchSolution™ (Cat.# DC9271) Kits. These kits are used for rapidly preparing samples on swabs and nonFTA card punches prior to direct amplification using PowerPlex® Systems.
