Abstract

This application note provides instructions for using the Promega PowerQuant® System (Cat.# PQ5002 and PQ5008) on the Applied Biosystems® QuantStudio™ 5 Real-Time PCR System (Thermo Fisher Scientific). The analysis is performed using the QuantStudio™ Design and Analysis Software (ver. 1.4.1 or higher).
